I hope you understand that both your time and my time is very important, when an appointment is missed or cancelled with short notice, I miss out on accommodating someone else and inconvenience others. I do require a credit card number from you to reserve your appointment. Appointments at Lavender Fields Massage Therapy are exclusively reserved for YOU, I respect your time and am efficient as possible. Due to limited availability at most times, I do enforce my Cancellation Policy to ensure your time and my time is mutually respected for other guests and the business. I require 24 hours notice of cancellation OR rescheduling to avoid being charged 50% of your service.
